PROPERTY OWNERS BOARD OF REVIEW
Wednesday, June 11, 2008 - 9:00 am

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the Town of Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin will meet at the Beloit Town Hall, 2871 South Afton Road on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1) of Wis. Statues.

Informal hearings with the Assessor will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Beloit Town Hall, 2871 South Afton Road.

If any taxpayer has a grievance regarding the assessment of his or her property, real or personal, such person is requested to appear before the Board at the above date and time to present such grievance in order that it may be considered by the Board.

Taxpayers MUST fill out a written objection form to be presented to the Board of Review. Forms may be obtained from the Assessor during the informal hearing or from the Clerk. Forms must be returned to the Clerk at least 48 hours before Board of Review opens. Evidence to support objections should be brought to the Board of Review.
